Founder and Managing Director
Robert (Bob) Lueck, Managing Director of White Hat Executive Search is an accomplished retained executive search consultant with extensive experience successfully partnering with large multinational and middle market engineering and construction and manufacturing firms to identify, attract and onboard their top executive talent needs.
Prior to founding White Hat Executive Search in 2021, Bob spent a number of years in senior-level marketing and marketing communications roles with several advertising agencies, Sea World of Florida, and Space Center Houston. He also held senior retained executive search roles with W. Robert Michaels, a boutique management consulting firm, and Stanton Chase International, a global top 10 executive search firm.
Bob earned his BFA degree in Industrial Design/Design from Syracuse University and his MS degree in Advertising Design from Texas A&M. Additionally, he completed a number of MBA-level courses at both the University of Central Florida and LeTourneau University.

This is a full search where we provide fully vetted candidates with current compensation, if available by law, and 360-degree reference checks from two each of former peers, subordinates, superiors for feedback and provide detailed candidate presentations. We include college degree confirmation, detailed vetting of background and employment history.
