Robert (Bob) Lueck is a proven Executive Search expert with more than 15 years’ experience in the C-Suite and senior management roles, making him unique in the world of Engineering, Construction, and Manufacturing executive search.
In 1995, after a career in marketing and marketing communications, including companies like Sea World of Florida and Space Center Houston, Bob joined a retained search and consulting boutique in Houston as a management consultant, performing executive searches for large global Engineering, Construction, and Manufacturing firms.
In 2004, he furthered his passion by launching the Stanton Chase International office in Houston, Texas. Stanton Chase International is a top ten global executive search and consulting firm.

In February of 2013, he moved to the Dallas office of Stanton Chase as Director focusing on C-Suite, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing roles in Engineering, Construction, and Manufacturing.
In January of 2021, Bob launched White Hat Executive Search to focus exclusively on the needs of middle-market Engineering, Construction, and Manufacturing companies.
Bob has successfully performed numerous searches spanning a wide range of senior and mid-management positions across a number of industries, with particular expertise in Manufacturing, Chemicals, Biotechnology, Infrastructure Engineering and Construction, Process/Refining and Offshore/Deepwater Engineering.
Bob earned his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and his master’s from Texas A&M University.

Needs Analysis and Statement of Requirements: We work with you to understand your needs and develop a Position Specification to define the search.

Pre-Search Market Study
Your company may have a management need to search the market to find key Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing talent for succession planning, replacing a non-performing executive, or to fill an open position. Before moving forward with an internal candidate, you would like to benchmark external candidates to ensure enlisting the best talent available for a respective position.
Rather than spending time and money for a full external search to see what is in the market, management would like to see some potential qualified candidate backgrounds with compensation data within a reasonable time period that fit a position description to benchmark external talent to internal candidates.
We will research and identify available qualified Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing candidates that fit your position description and provide an initial potential slate of three to five available candidates. Fully vetted resumes are not included.
Fully Vetted Candidates
This is a full search where we provide fully vetted candidates with current compensation, if available by law, and 360-degree reference checks from two each of former peers, subordinates, superiors for feedback and provide detailed candidate presentations. We include college degree confirmation, detailed vetting of background and employment history.
Executive Assessment
We offer assessment of the executive based on established predictors of performance and context-specific traits and capabilities. Then, we synthesize the information from a variety of sources for holistic understanding of the executive’s leadership style, including strengths and development opportunities. Executive assessment will give you an in-depth look into the likelihood of the candidate’s success at your firm as well as an indication of their fit to your company culture.
