Robert (Bob) Lueck founded White Hat Executive Search in 2021 after 15+ years advising Boards, CEOs, and leadership teams on talent strategy and succession planning. Bob combines deep industry expertise in professional services and manufacturing with real-world operating experience, enabling him to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to middle-market firms.
Strategic Advisory Experience
Bob launched and led the Houston office of Stanton Chase International (top-10 global search firm) before founding White Hat. He advises clients on C-Suite succession, organizational design, and building leadership teams for scale. His operating background as a senior marketing executive at SeaWorld of Florida and Space Center Houston provides practical insight into what drives leadership effectiveness.
